We are pleased to announce that Minitube of America, Inc. and its subsidiary Blue Mounds ARTworks, LLC have been approved by the USDA and the State of Wisconsin Department of Agriculture as an official CEM quarantine import facility and are ready to receive horses. Minitube enjoys a firmly established reputation for providing quality equine services, training and breeding products. With this Federal and State approval, Minitube can now use its expertise to provide unequaled care for horses in CEM quarantine.

Federal law requires that all imported horses over two years of age from countries known to have Contagious Equine Metritis (CEM) be quarantined during testing and treatment. Our professional staff of equine veterinarians, expert trainers and horse handlers will make this stay a positive one for both horse and owner.

Our quarantine facility is nestled in the beautiful countryside of Wisconsin and is conveniently located between three major airports. In addition to excellent facilities, we can maintain imported horses’ training and fitness during their quarantine stay through a program administered by classically trained equestrian experts and equine veterinarians with extensive experience in successful treatment of CEM.
